New drive-thru Starbucks opens in Grimsby

A brand new drive-thru Starbucks has opened on Grimsby’s Europarc today, Thursday 13 June.

Construction work started earlier this year, and the store is now ready to serve the growing community of workers and visitors at the Europarc business park in Grimsby.

Staff announced that the first 100 customers to enter the store will receive a free gift bag.

The branch features an eat-in café, additional external seating and 22 car parking spaces, including four electric vehicle charging bays.

Having successfully taken the Starbucks facility through the planning process, securing approval from North East Lincolnshire Council, Wykeland sold the land to development company Burney Group, who has in turn let the cafe out via Starbucks.

Managing Director Mr Burney said: “The new Starbucks at Europarc will provide a very welcome additional facility for both employees working on the business park and people passing the site.

“It’s been a pleasure to work with Wykeland Group on this project and we’ve enjoyed a strong and productive relationship with them throughout. Wykeland are a company that has made a huge impact across the region and Europarc is a perfect example of the value their developments add.”
