Emergency services have been called to North Sea Lane in Cleethorpes, close to the junction with Kings Road, following reports of a serious incident this afternoon, Saturday 29 June.
According to eyewitnesses, armed police were seen surrounding a double decker open top bus, but this is unverified. An ambulance is also understood to be in attendance.
