A man has been arrested after driving on the wrong side of the road on the A180.
Officers were called to the location at around 12AM yesterday, Wednesday 9 January, following reports of a vehicle being driven on the wrong side of the road on the A180 Eastbound.
Upon arrival, police stopped the vehicle and the driver, a 30-year-old man, failed a road side breath test. He was subsequently arrested on suspicion of driving over the prescribed limit and dangerous driving.
The driver remains in police custody at this time.
Police are now appealing for information.
