A number of closures will be enforced on the A180 next week while repairs and maintenance are carried out.
Contractors will be on the road for a series of overnight closures as they carry out concrete repair and maintenance works as well as improvements to road markings and studs. According to National Highways, the scheme aims to extend the life expectancy of the A180 by around five years through ‘targeted repairs.’
Overnight closures will in place ok the westbound carriageway between Barnetby Top and Brocklesby Interchange, between 8PM and 6AM from Monday 13 January until Friday 24 January. Work will take place on the Eastbound carriageway from Monday 27 January, until the end of February.
A single lane closure will also be in place during the daytime to allow concrete to cure.
Diversions will be in place for the duration of the works.
