Man in court charged with string of drug offences

A man is due to appear at Grimsby Magistrates’ Court after being charged with multiple drug offences.

Richard Cameron, 43, was arrested following a stop and search conducted by police officers on Cartergate yesterday, Thursday 3 April.

During the search, officers reportedly discovered a quantity of what are believed to be class A drugs. 

Cameron has since been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and one count of possession of a class A drug.

He has been remanded in custody ahead of his court appearance today, Friday 4 April.
