Police uncover cannabis grow in Grimsby

Around 90 cannabis plants have been seized as a result of a police raid in Grimsby last week.

The operation was carried out under a Misuse of Drugs Act warrant by officers from the South Ward Community Team alongside Humberside Police’s Operation Galaxy unit.

The raid took place at a residential property on the Grange Estate, where officers discovered a cannabis grow inside.

The plants were seized. Police have not yet confirmed if any arrests were made, but investigations are understood to be ongoing.
