Update after car crashes into tree in Cleethorpes

Police have issued an update following a collision in Cleethorpes.

Emergency services were called to St Peter’s Avenue at around 12:20pm on Tuesday, 13 May, after reports that a vehicle had crashed into a tree.

Humberside Police, Humberside Fire and Rescue, and East Midlands Ambulance Service all attended the scene.

In a statement, Humberside Police confirmed that no injuries were reported.

A spokesperson said: “Officers were called to reports of a single-vehicle road traffic collision on St Peter’s Avenue in Cleethorpes at around 12.20pm on Tuesday, 13 May. It is reported a car was in collision with a tree, and thankfully, no one was injured as a result.”
