Humberside Police has released new CCTV images of a man who has been missing for more than two weeks.
59-year-old Norman was last seen at approximately 12:20PM on Friday 2 May, in the Scartho Road area of Grimsby – he was officially reported missing on Wednesday 7 May.
Officers have now shared updated images, which were taken prior to Norman going missing. The photographs represent the last known sighting of him and it is hoped that they may assist efforts to locate him.
Officers believe Norman travelled to the area of Bradley Road, Laceby Road and Little Coates Road on Monday 12 May at around 12PM. He is known to gravitate towards wooded areas to sleep.
Norman is described as around 6ft tall, and is believed to be wearing a black puffa jacket, dark coloured trousers and a black hat. He is also thought to be carrying a rucksack.
A spokesperson for Humberside Police said: “We are keen to speak with anyone, particularly runners or dog walkers using wooded areas, who see any tents pitched up or what looks to be sleeping outdoors in this area and has any information that may assist with our enquiries.
“We would also ask members of the public to check shed, outbuildings and any covered areas, if your neighbours are away, please check their gardens too.”
Officers urged anyone with information to come forward, adding: “Enquiries are ongoing to locate Norman, and we would appeal to anyone who knows of his whereabouts or has any other information, CCTV or dashcam footage that may assist in finding him, to contact us on our non-emergency number 101 quoting log 247 of 7 May.”
