Travellers have set up camp at Weelsby Woods in Grimsby — the fifth site in North East Lincolnshire to be affected in just seven days.
Several caravans are now stationed at the site, having previously occupied land on Orwell Street, Moody Lane, nearby Sutherland Park and Kings Road in Cleethorpes.
North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) had previously installed staggered barriers to prevent unauthorised access. However, damage at the scene suggests entry has now been gained by cutting through a wooden barrier in the car park.
NELC and local MP Melanie Onn have been contacted for comment.
