Leader of North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC), Councillor Philip Jackson, and other members of the Cabinet will go live on Facebook next week to answer questions from the public.
It is understood that the whole cabinet will be attending, meaning questions can be put directly to those making decisions across the borough.
The cabinet and their responsibilities are as follows:
- – Cllr P Jackson – Leader and Portfolio Holder for Economy, Regeneration, Devolution and Skills
- – Cllr S Shreeve – Deputy Leader and Portfolio Holder for Health, Wellbeing and Adult Social Care
- – Cllr M Cracknell – Portfolio Holder for Children and Education
- – Cllr H Dawkins– Portfolio Holder for Culture, Heritage and the Visitor Economy
- – Cllr S Harness – Portfolio Holder for Finance, Resources and Assets
- – Cllr R Shepherd – Portfolio Holder for Safer and Stronger Communities
- – Cllr S Swinburn – Portfolio Holder for Housing, Infrastructure and Transport
- – Cllr H Hudson – Portfolio Holder for Environment and Net Zero
NELC has asked members of the public to send questions in advance, although questions will also be taken during the event – questions can be sent to communications@nelincs.gov.uk.
The session will take place at 6.30PM on Monday 9 June via North East Lincolnshire Council’s Facebook page.
