A man has been charged with various offences following an incident in Grimsby last month.
According to Humberside Police, officers stopped a van after the driver failed to give way to a police car on Durban Road. The driver is said to have provided false details and a suspected fraudulent licence. The van was seized, and the driver was initially reported for traffic offences.
An investigation revealed the driver had been disqualified from driving and had allegedly provided false details in connection with another incident in Hull.
Radoslaw Czubinski, 49, from Hull, was charged with perverting the course of justice, possession of a fraudulent identity document, obstructing police, two counts of driving while disqualified, and two counts of driving without insurance in relation to both incidents.
He was remanded in custody and is set to appear at Grimsby Magistrates’ Court today, Tuesday 12 August.
