Motorists have been warned about potential delays as maintenance to carriageway lighting begins on the Humber Bridge.
Work is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 8th, Thursday 9th, and Friday 10th of October, between 8AM and 4PM each day.
As a result, a lane closure will be in place on both sides of the bridge between Hessle Anchorage and Far Ings Road. Traffic management measures will be in place on both sides.
A spokesperson for the board said: “We would ask that you take extra care while driving across the bridge during this work and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please remember that our staff are here to help you so always treat them with respect.”
