Humberside Police have asked the public for help locating the next of kin of a 78-year-old woman who has sadly died.
Margaret Carnes was found to have died at her home on Bullers Court in Hull on Monday 22 September.
She is believed to have a brother called Dennis in the Grimsby or wider Lincolnshire area. Despite several lines of enquiry, police say attempts to trace Margaret’s next of kin have so far been unsuccessful.
Officers are not treating her death as suspicious.
A spokesperson for Humberside Police said: “If you are Margaret’s next of kin, or know who is, please contact the Coroner’s office on 01482 623 349.”
