Appeal after police van and HGV crash in Grimsby

Officers are appealing for witnesses following a collision involving a police van and a lorry.

At around 6.15am on Friday 28 November, officers responding to an emergency call were involved in a crash with a white Volvo HGV on Wellington Street, near the junction with Victor Street in Grimsby.

No one was injured in the collision.

Police are now asking anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.

A spokesperson for Humberside Police said: “Anyone who witnessed the collision that has not already spoken to us is asked to please call our non-emergency number 101 quoting log 62 of 28 November.”
