A man is set to appear at court after he failed to stop when asked by police.
On Wednesday 26 November, officers carried out a routine stop and the driver allegedly failed to stop when requested leading to a pursuit. After the vehicle eventually came to a halt and further enquiries were made, it was established that the man had been driving without insurance.
Benjamin Chadwick, 31, has been charged with driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a license, use of a vehicle without insurance, failing to stop a vehicle and failing to provide specimen for analysis.
He has since been released on bail and is set to appear at Grimsby Magistrates Court at a later date.
