A 36-year-old man has been charged following a roadside stop in Grimsby.
Officers from Humberside Police’s Roads Policing Team stopped a vehicle on New Haven Terrace in the early hours of Thursday 1 January, after concerns were raised about the manner of driving being displayed.
Following the stop, a roadside breath test was carried out.
Florin Bita, 36, of Grimsby, has since been charged with driving a motor vehicle while over the legal alcohol limit.
