Police are appealing for witnesses after a 65-year-old man was seriously injured in a crash.
Emergency services were called to the A180 at around 5pm on Friday 16 January following reports of a two-vehicle collision on the eastbound carriageway, between the Stallingborough Interchange and the Great Coates junction near Immingham.
A grey Hyundai and a blue Citroen were involved in the collision. Police said that, for reasons not yet known, the Hyundai left the carriageway and struck a tree.
The driver of the Hyundai, a 65-year-old man, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the Citroen, a 56-year-old man, was also taken to hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries.
Officers investigating the incident are now urging anyone who witnessed the collision, has dashcam footage, or was travelling in the area at the time and has not yet spoken to police to come forward.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Humberside Police on 101, quoting log 385 of 16 January.
