A man has been arrested after following a crash on Grimsby Road last week, Saturday 27 April.
Officers were called to the scene at around 1.10pm following reports that a car had collided with a ‘pole’ on Grimsby Road. Fortunately nobody was hurt in the incident, but a vehicle and a set of traffic lights were badly damaged.
Police have now confirmed that a 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving a vehicle whilst unfit through drugs. He has since been released.
The investigation is ongoing.
