Officer’s were called to reports a man had set a sofa on fire against a block of flats in Grimsby.
Following police attending a man has been charged following the fire outside a property yesterday, Tuesday 30 April.
Humberside Police received a call at around 12.20am to reports that a man allegedly moved a sofa against a wall outside a block of flats on Munster Court before setting the sofa alight.
Bret Fox, 31, of Munster Court in Grimsby, has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life.
He has been remanded into custody to appear at Grimsby Magistrates Court this morning (Wednesday 1 May).
